Nevada’s nonrestricted gaming licensees reported a total “gaming win” of $1,017,913,863 for the month of February 2018. This amounts to a 7.68% increase compared to February 2017, when licensees reported a gaming win of $945,342,577. Unemployment rates were lower in February in 7 states and stable in 43 states and the District of Columbia, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported. From September 2016 to September 2017, employment increased in 283 of the 346 largest U.S. counties, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
